Achievement I’m Proudest Of?
People assume it’s driving Enterade to become standard of care at over 700 cancer centers, despite not having any health care experience. And while I’m very proud to have led that effort, I’m most proud of the team members I’ve mentored and promoted along the way. Many that I hired as assistant brand managers are now vice presidents of marketing, well on their way to becoming CMOs. I am grateful to have worked with such talented, driven teammates. Behind every great success, their is a team.
Dear Joe,
I just wanted to write you a note of appreciation! I can’t thank you enough for pushing through my promotion.
I could thank you for a million things, but to name a few:
For supporting my professional development here at Welch’s, championing two promotions, and speaking highly of me throughout the organization.
For letting me have the freedom and flexibility to work the way I want, be creative, and run with ideas I am passionate about.
For trusting me!
For teaching me something new EVERY SINGLE DAY. Whether you realize it or not, I learn something from you every day that I take with me into my personal and professional life. Big things and small. How to treat people, how to influence people, how to make an impact, how to think differently, how to see the big picture, how to shape the big picture, how to use your passion to motivate others, how to sprinkle the “fairy dust” when necessary, to how to push/ pull and everything in between.
For giving me a good laugh at least once per day.
I am beyond thankful to have you as my boss and mentor. I realize that people like you don’t come around in your career (or life) very often, and I am LUCKY to have the opportunity to work with you. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Erika Jubinville | Senior Brand Manager, Welch’s

Subject: Year end reflections
Dear Joe and Erika,
It’s almost the end of my favorite week of the year. I love to work this week because the rest of the world is on holiday. I reflect. I eat lunch somewhere other than my desk. I take this last week to catalog the year, to think bigger, pull up, reassess, celebrate wins, learn from losses, and otherwise tie up loose ends. I take the time to fill up with gratitude for the many blessings I have been given.
I wanted to let you know that you, as part of our Starbucks extended team, are one of those blessings.
Thank you.
Thank you for your hard work, the innovation you’ve brought us, the brand you are building, the hustle, the drive, the commitment to build something better together, and to make the world a better place, not just because you are in it but because you’re also working so hard to build an enduring brand and company and products.
I wanted to let you know how excited I am about our upcoming partnership. I’m looking forward to our subsequent meetings, and hopefully seeing you at Fancy Food. Will you be there? If not, Joe, are you going to come to Seattle with your blender any time soon? ;)
Thank you….thank you for everything. We are so close to launch!
Happy new year!
Regards,
Deb

Joe Del Regno is hands down the leader that you always want to have on your team and in your corner. He builds people and teams into better versions of themselves and maintains a core value of person/customer centricity that is second to none in my 20+ years of professional experience. He doesn't want people to just 'like' his products - he wants them to be "Raving Fans!"
I was privileged to be brought in by Joe at Entrinsic Bioscience and watched him utilize best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and SEO across multiple sales channels and lead a startup biotech to success. Joe understood our very unique customer and looked at them holistically by creating ads that generated a reason to believe in our product and mission and that in turn lowered our Customer Acquisition Cost and increased customer Lifetime Value during his tenure. Even while all of this rapid growth was happening, Joe never let us forget about the customer at the center and how to continually build value and think about diversification of the product matrix to better serve their needs.
I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Joe, and I hope the same for anyone else who may bring him into their organization or be his future colleague. In a world where we can always use a little more kindness and empathy mixed with razor sharp business acumen - Joe brings both every day and I know that he will do the same for any future organization.
Robert Cota | Director of Sales & Marketing Operations, Entrinsic Bioscience
In addition to being an outstanding CMO, Joe Del Regno is a best-in-class teammate and an exceptional team leader. He turns big ideas into big results by uncovering powerful consumer insights and unlocking them with focused strategies in out of the box ways. Our digital marketing, social media marketing, and SEO have been transformed at Home Market Foods. The Family Dinner Night movement he started is making a difference to families across the country as well as to our business. Family Dinner Night speaks to Joe's character and values, as well as to his creativity, leadership, and ability to execute.
Working with Joe is inspiring, and I have learned a lot from him. My highest endorsement.
